Are fishing and butcher stations products of data mining?

I'm wondering if these two stations, given how closely resemble other vanilla buildings, are just unimplemented features from the code that someone mined out and implemented himself.

There is a ton of non implemented art in there.  From things which have been changed, like the original art for water tanks, to stuff that's never been used, like those stations.

According the dev stream, the first picture was the ancient skin of the rock granulator not a butcher. But yes, it's from the game files.

I liked the original water tank art better.

Me too.  There's a mod on the steam workshop that restores the old artwork for the water tank.  I haven't used it yet, but I might as long as it doesn't actually change anything else.

Me too , i suspect that they changed the designer in that case, because the new art don't make any sense with the game esthetic.
