If not, as it was in QOL 3, it would still be the only attribute to not level up with use (might be wrong). Would be nice if this were to be changed in the coming updates. Cooking has, however I do not recall any of my ranchers ever gaining skills so I don't think that's been fixed. I wish Klei would fix it for release. The egg then gains "lullabied" status, which makes it hatch much faster. Also it looks so adorable when they do it.
