Madbro
Hello guys! (•ω•)/ I have to admit my idea I am introducing here is probably very poor. However it’s low cost worthes everything This waste launcher just simply dispose your unwanted solids into the space and has 99.99999% probability hitting a coming meteor (Just kiddin’, actually it depends on your radars) and crush it. Don’t worry about will this scrap getting crushed by meteors. It is made of steel (The only way it is a bit expensive). So what do you think? How to feed MadBro`s waste launcher ? I hereby proudly present to you: The Dupe Bus Waste Collection Vehicle (DBWCV), during their commuter calculation work the internal level of dump mounts up. This is also called a brown CPU Cache overflow. New job: Dump Absorbator Annihilator Collectorator Courier, short "D.A.A.C.C." The D.A.A.C.C. dupe attaches a hollow banana to the bus exhaust of the DBWCV, to begin the waste collection process. The D.A.A.C.C.. dupe will then notify the courier dupe carefully with some little sound that another load is ready for collection: In a rather traditional way, without rockets and wireless charging, the waste is promptly transported with a wheelie bin by the dupe courier to the waste launcher. The entire process handling is closely monitored with the latest commuter technology: Sweet Wheat Sleet Bear Shotgun ( suggested by Oozie, drawings by Madbro ) & Wheelchairs Floating doors and "Aging" Square Wheels Vehicle ( SQWHDUVE ) The ClayKleitrac Backpacks & Hats The Reel Life

babba
Yes, but not as hot and sticky as my absolute dream car - I've put it on to the wish list for the 2018 Festivus. Demo picture below: If we had this kind of sticky elements in ONI, then we could build anything out of them! Total freedom. Each peace can be pushed into another peace, soo many pieces all together, it could be a non-lethal peace piece build project in ONI + It has colors. I now fully understand how the brain works of the USA Orange A-brain, Im in simulation mode right now. Bingbingbangbingbing.

I love balls most, then cars, then ballshaped cars, then carshaped balls. Would be so nice when dupes would stop with breaking sounds at traffic lights and doing some illegal tunnel race. Perhaps they should do it hidden and only when they are not in player viewrange/focus/outside fog of war/ visible for the player. There could be accidents, with limbs cut off and wheelchairs! babba
Ohhh, thats such a lovely idea, especially the nice looking wheel caps get me excited. Imagine if we had rolling vehicles in ONI, that would be very nice. If the wooden wheelchair idea would make it into the game, then they surely could also make some with attached Polystyrol - On collision with the round vehicle balls, the wooden wheelchairs just bounce off - Deflection ! ...or wheelchairs for the elderly have airbags - Those would keep the dupes safe. If wood will not be available in the game by 2020, then alloy wheelchair rims could make up for that. Now we should all concentrate on Festivus 2018, it will be the great celebration of the year ! I think we need some storage /zone/building/room/area/location/position where material could be, to compress stuff, before glueing all together for festivus. babba
What about building your U-boat in ONI with water-resistant glue? Swinging, throwing or squeezing a critter could make it sweat out glue. The collected glue then needs to be bottled, shot to space via rocket and the Aliens from Space Sector 666 process it accordingly and then send it back to earth: Demo sample picture of the bottled up Alien glue ( Collezionali Tutti ) Your photo from the living room looks like a Festivus pre-dating the ONI cycle 2000, at that time the participating dupes used to hide under their belongings and Festivus presents - On close inspection I see the Oxygen straws popping through of the 4 people sitting around the commuter. Wish I had been there, it seems to be an awesome party going on.

I would say whole idea is 100% fine for me, but the red part not (marked insided your quote(my quote quoting text from you, posted before) in red and text formatting set to bold), because it must be an early game solution < 2000 cycles, or that would make not really sense, or there must be different tiers for glue. Perhaps shaking the submarine in different directions, could spawn different tier based materials,, needed for glue, similar to this. Could cause some dangerous situations, when glue reacts with water (not PW, in PW it's completely ok, when not more then 17%). Perhaps we could use some vacuum production line, to prevent reaction with water. Similar to this.
babba
Funny enough I have studied Glueology as a Bachelor, I can tell you all about glue. It would be nice to have a Bachelor Dupe in the game, spreading some kind of Sims Romance. Your idea with different glue tiers, ranging from I to IX is good. With the Uboat shaking, mhh. Whatabout if dupes can have their own pets ? Or imagine a critter being able to have a pet. Dupe <> Critter <> Pet If this relationship could be established, then Apes ( as an example ) could operate the boats. As they have tails, they can wiggle it inside the Uboat and therefore prevent the boat to tip over. How it could look: Critter Pet operating Uboat Ape Anti Tipover Tail - Fast tail flexing prevents the Uboat from unexpected shake-ups and wobbles. To make it easier for the players the Tier I glue is available right from the start, the other glue tiers can be achieved in the previously described way, by squeezing, throwing or swinging a critter. The initial glue allows 20 tiles diving with the Uboat, the other tiers increase the possible diving depth accordingly. Maybe we can have the whole colony be some kind of supersize Uboat. Thinkaboutit. Colony moving ( Tier 9 glue required ) Only critter spiders with 8 feet are allowed to have a pet, due to commuter frame rate game speed impact. After further thinking about your vacuum creation idea, I came to the following conclusion:
