avc15 Posted November 13, 2018 Share Posted November 13, 2018 You can use his AI against him and kill him easily at the very beginning of the game. Only sell enough things to be carrying a few oincs. Don't risk much at all, just save your other goods for after you've defeated him. When he appears the first time to stalk you, kite him past several guards until at least 2 are attacking him. With guards in chase, let him hit you. He will stop to grab coins, keep running forward 2-3 steps. The guards all attack him. He jumps backwards towards you and starts running away from the guards. You hit him, he jumps backwards towards the guards and they hit him again. Ping pong! You only need to keep this going for 2-3 of his escape dashes before he will keel over dead. Viola, tin suit, fancy helmet, and a halberd before day 5.
