tulkaz
Why those 2 generate heat? They don't use electricity and water is the only one required to operate. Tobruk
Almost all buildings consuming somethin, for example water, have internal storages keeping amounts like 20kg for later use. If you're feeding your showers hot water, that hot water gets stored inside the showers and even though you're using abyssalite piping, the heat will be generated by these storages. Jackblac
All showers, sinks and lavatories output water at 40C. This happens no matter how hot water you feed into them. This is most likely the heating you are seeing Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/95099-lavatory-shower-generate-heat/#findComment-1080253 Share on other sites

SharraShimada
Nope, showers wont heat water. But if you put in water with a higher temperature compared to surrounding, heat will be transfered. If you use insulated pipes, they cant transfer heat on the way. This works fine, until some building uses the water. Then heat applys. fishpear
It's not the lavatory generate heat but the water you use. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/95099-lavatory-shower-generate-heat/#findComment-1080267 Share on other sites
tulkaz
I mean the heat not by water or some other comsumable inside but that generated by using it. Tooltip says toilet, shower, even outhouse generates heat by 1.25W each.
