  1. Looking at room overlay and different room requirements. Rooms that provide moral bonus have their "Room Effect" on the wrong line
  2. Usually the release time for previews and updates had been about 2-5 hours from the moment I post this. We will see what happens then
  3. Gold volcano outputs at 2626.85C and specific heat capacity is 0.129. To cool gold to 20C you need (2626.85-20)*0.129 = 336.3 DTU/g Copper volcano outputs at 2226.85C and specific heat capacity is 0.386. To cool copper to 20C you need (2226.85-20)*0.386= 851.8 DTU/g Iron volcano outputs at 2526.85C and specific heat capacity is 0.449. To cool iron to 20C you need (2526.85-20)*0.449 = 1125.6 DTU/g All geysers outputs in grams are about the same, but the DTU required to cool them differs a lot. Gold is the easiest, then copper and iron is the hardest.
  4. This could be the bug where critter feeders get entombed by regolith and then you clear that tile. That for some reason causes the feeder to become bugged. The way to go around the bug before they fix it is by rebuilding the feeder or reselecting regolith in it.
  5. When a dupe mining falling regolith needs to express themselves they can't do it. Instead they get an extra expression that they store in their errands. They complete them all one by one when they are done mining. So after a dupe has mined 20 tile high regolith stack they might have 20 expressions that they need to do. Camille here only needs to express herself 16 times after she has mined the last few blocks...
  6. A few more texts that cant fit their boxes because of the font change. Disable autoharvest, all sensors that you can type a number into: Coal generator, Manual Generator, Both pipe and gas thermo and germ sensors, Atmo sensor(picture), Hydro sensor, Thermo sensor, Germ sensor, Critter sensor, Weight plate. Those were the ones I could find that have a number to type as input
  7. The bunker doors arent fully open in the picture. The door part disappears completely when the doors are open and untill that happens nothing goes past
  8. Dupes can build and plant a hanging plot in a 5 high room. When trying to uproot the plant its not possible in a 5 high room. So the only way to uproot a plant in 5 high room is to deconstruct and then rebuild and replant.
  9. Rocket ready to land wont disappear. You can even have multiple messages from the same rocket in the list. Also the tooltip has the word "SaveGame" instead of the name of the rocket landing. Reloading game removes all ready to land messages
  10. I think this is the bug that when shove voles make regolith tiles on top of the feeders the feeders stop working. Mining the tile should make the feeder work again, but it doesnt
  11. Long Commutes

    When your base reaches space and oil biome I dont think there is a way to get rid of this message. You would need to split your base into different areas that hold x amount of dupes. All of those areas would need the basic recreational and food stuff for morale. It would just complicate too many things so I just ignore it
  12. My rocket with a solid rocket thruster just landed from a mission and shows full fuel. It isnt consumed like other fuels. Is this intended behaviour or a bug?

  14. The job Mechatronics engineer doesnt fit into one line and is overlapping other text
  15. Dupe errand list shows errands they arent allowed or dont need to do at the moment. In the picture you can see that turner isnt allowed to eat vitamin chews, but still has the errand for it. He also has a de-stress erand with massage tables set to 50% and he at 0% stress.
  16. Window tiles block sight of telescopes, but mesh and airflow tiles dont
  17. They are the scaffolding a rocket needs to stay upright. They are there to show the space occupied by the rocket when it is in space. It is a new thing that is added in qol mk2
  18. I liked to use steam rocket + one solid thruster to reach second layer of planets. After those were done I used the steam rocket + solid thurster with one cargo bay to get space materials from the first layer of planets. I used random pools of polluted water, sieved them and made steam using regolith heat. The solid rocket booster had(not sure if fixed) that it would return with the full fuel every time
  19. Something is crashing my save. A couple of the crashes a few cycles ago were with the report screen, but most of them were just crashes to desktop. I have included the simDLL_CRASH_preview files from the last few ones. No output.log was created from these crashes This savefile will experience a crash to desktop about one fifth of a cycle forward from the autosave.   20. the font change caused Disable Autoharvest to not fit to one line. Enable Autoharvest fits on one line
  21. The new exclamation mark priority has no text to tell what it does. Pressing it also does nothing when you have no place to store the materials
  22. The text in the Mechatronics Engineer (Operate) doesnt fully fit in the text box. The Data collection aswell has same thing
  23. Incubator number of eggs display cant be seen fully with the new font
  24. Snazzy suits and other clothing items have been bugged for a while. I go around the bug by making a small room with container and a door. Put all suits in that one container and lock dupe in there to put the suit on. Then reload the game, drop the stuff in container and make the dupe put the left over back in. The container did show an extra one inside it before dropping suits, but when dropped out it doesnt appear because the dupe has it. It takes time and is a chore, but I havent found an easier way
  25. Dupe feeding grill loop

    Pretty sure this is the bug where dupes deliver micrograms of ingredients to a building. It is a known bug. To fix it for the moment you can empty the building and clear queued recipes. Then requeue the recipes and you should be fine
