Showers seem broken

How's your plumbing set up? If they're stopping mid-shower, it's likely that the output from one shower is run directly through the output of others, which causes the output of some dirty water to fail (it expects a completely empty pipe). Have them merge output pipes away from the green symbol, along these lines:

I have four duplicants and four showers.

Every morning, they all head to the shower room. The first one goes through the shower process all the way. The others keep popping in and out of showers and never complete it.

Musical chairs showers...

I had the exact same problem, dupes kept jumping from shower to shower.

After some observing I found the issue, when the outgoing PW from the showers arrives at the intersection, it stops to check the junction before merging with the main output pipe line, and when it stops to check the junction, the shower stops working momentarily, forcing the dupe to switch to a different shower.

The solution is to add a bridge, this makes the PW enter the junction fluidly (pun intended) and fixes the problem.

The bridges are only needed for the showers, sinks and toilets don't need them.

you did not need the bridges by each toilet, you needed one at the tee to the left where it joins the pipe dropping down and a bit more pipe as buffer before the sieve to prevent back log during the morning rush
