KittenIsAGeek
So, it turns out that the new scheduling is awesome for handling the "Loud Sleeper" trait. I only have 5 dupes right now, but I noticed that I can put the loud sleeper on a schedule so that no other dupes are sleeping nearby at the same time. Spoiler With three schedules set up, my current barracks design can handle all six as loud sleepers without anyone bothering anyone else.
melquiades
You could also just separate their cots 2 tiles from each other... that space will also be good to upgrade to plastic bed in the future.
KittenIsAGeek
I could. There are lots of ways to handle the problem. However, one that I hadn't seen anyone posting about was using the schedules.
Cypher-7
I love this solution! My OCD forces me to build my sleeping quarters the same way, I have never taken loud sleepers because of this. Life saver thanks!
Kabrute
Narcoleptics(Camille) don't need a sleep cycle! (J/k they do but not as much, 2 blocks is usually fine for my narcos
chemie
2 blocks of sleep is enough for normal dups....

Kabrute
Don't use Marie's schedule shown above, it is currently bugged, it seems scheduling to wake up at bed time gets ignored....
CherryHavoc
Ah, clever! I still think I'll reject loud sleepers as I just don't want the micro management, but it's good to know this is an option if for some reason you do end up with one. What do you mean by that, one group's bedtime ending while other's continues?
Kabrute
A groups bedtime ending at the normal night time start skips scheduled wake up call
