eds604 Posted September 25, 2016 Share Posted September 25, 2016 So, I started a new game yesterday with my girlfriend, and we both noticed that hunger gets drained at a ridiculous rate compared to pre beta. Maybe it's just our imagination, but it just seems near to impossible to play wigrfrid in a new reign, unless i stick close to our base. Curious if other people have noticed this as well. Cheers Wigfrid has 120 hunger unlike most characters, probably do to her having insane hp, armor crafting abilities, and being able to hit stuff to heal herself. If food's a problem try hunting koalafant daily while your girlfriend/yourself looks for a place to build a base. but if hunting koalafants isn't your style you could always hunt spiders, accumulate monster meats, feed 4 of them to a pig to turn them into werepig to get 2 meat, and 1 pig skin for hambats or for making more pig houses. eds604 Posted September 25, 2016 Author Share Posted September 25, 2016 Yeah i'm using some mods, but they're the same ones that i used before a new reign, been playing wigfrid for a while now and my gf always plays wendy, and we never had this issue before. Although we did install the combine repair mod yesterday but i doubt this would affect hunger tbh. Anyway, thanks for the replies. Make sure you cook the monster meat before eating it. Who cares if it hurts and makes you insane. Fighting said spiders will turn those debuffs into little pansy pokes against your giant, blood spattered warrior self. I'm quite sure it was all in good fun, but yeah I don't think they've tweaked the hunger drain but if it's really detrimental to your health perhaps playing a character that can eat things other than meat like Wolfgang or Wx-78. Or if you're gud enough you could rush a belt of hunger if you're hosting caves. You can't exclude a bug in the beta that doesn't exist in normal game. Tainted-Petals Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 Actually my spouse noticed the food seemed to drain quickly as well, they play either as Wilson or Webber.
