Since Wilson was on the chair, he completed adventure mode. There's just one question... Did Wilson save Wes? We know that Wes is trapped in adventure mode, and we know that Wilson completed adventure mode. At the end of the Lore comic, we see Wes coming out of the portal, so he was freed. Chances are he could've been save by Wilson. I don't know, just a random thought. Maybe if your sanity is low or some other factor the statues would change between Charlie/grue or neutral. Or maybe the setpiece would have some statues(kinda like the angel ones we already have)that would change between the other ones we see on the trailer. Timeline-wise, she could have easily read the novel. I just cannot stop thinking about it when watching the trailer. I want merms in "Charlie-styled posh" costumes. So sue me.
