If I recall correctly, "feats of the world" mod has a feat for reaching the epilogue in less than 60 days. I wonder if @debugman18 actually ever did that though. So, without spears, crockpots and warm clothing, I am now thinking hard to figure out how you can actually accomplish that. I understand that DS is not designed for that, but hey, let's do it. Clwnbaby Posted June 15, 2016 Share Posted June 15, 2016 there are no speedruns per say but i can do it 4-5 days per world. i think my fastest was like 4-7-4-2-5 with the worlds being cold reception, king of winter, archipelago, two worlds, darkness in that order. during the adventure mode beta we had to post our days and tons of people were doing all the worlds in 1-3 days. some runs never had a world over 3 days. and i used to think HOW IN THE ****! He agreed to do a "no crafting" challenge, and I hope those are in addition to the already present restrictions. Doing all those only with basics would be ridiculously challenging. Please don't let me discourage you from doing challenges yourself though. They're lots of fun. Don't Starve's not quite Don't Starve if you're not on the verge of death or failure. edit: @hyiltiz For the no crafting challenge, I didn't mean I'd do that combined with AM. I'm gonna do it with a world travel as the goal. But no crafting by itself will be very easy, so I'm placing additional challenges that'll make it pretty interesting I think (I'll keep those secret until the video comes out). As far as AM, I want to do a default AM speedrun just to see how little time I can get it down to.
