Are here any cool guys like you, but from Europe? It's to damn hard to find some group to play DST with, there are some forum threads but only 'Murica or some Deutsche guys.

I-I'm cool and dutch.

But I don't really have alot of time to play in the weekends, so that sucks.

Deutsche guys.

You got a problem with my Country m8?

Naah in all seriousness i get what you mean it's a pain to find people in a very specific timezone for you to play. Even harder if they should be able to speak at least proper English *cought* France *cought*.

Found random guy on random server. Went to ruins, died, went back. But found hutch!

She is so cute. One man band transformation is cool, but ends so quickly :C
I came to ready camp, but helped with some stuff, like building shadow manipulator, wardrobe and some effigies. And found this cutie!

Wes is my spirit animal

depends, either I never die, or I die on day 6 to a Koalaphant because I was too ballsy to wear any armour.

You are literally me, only it's usually because I really over-estimate Wolfgang in his normal form.

It's probably because I cleared out the wooden thing set piece, Bishops and all, on day 6 with a grass suit and Spear. But I was in mighty mode (somehow) and that was ages ago. It's stuff like this that's made me cocky whenever I make new worlds.

PvP is actually fun... if you don't have astronomical ping... *cries with average of 400 ping*

My friend had around 500 ping one time. Well, he always has around 500 ping. It's pretty hellish to play with him because of it, but it can spawn some pretty hilarious stuff.

This one time, he was playing as Maxwell and gave me his armour and sword from the start because I was Wolfgang, and could use them to tank the sh*t out of clockwork Monsters. Well, a brief encounter with a frog (brief because of yours truly) that brought him down to 40ish health probably made him regret that decision. But on we plowed, and I kept the a weaponry still.

A few minutes later, he wandered off slightly and I just remember hearing 'what the f*ck is that thing?' in a completely serious tone over Skype before he got obliterated in one hit by the 'thing'.

I was laughing so hard that it took me a good few minutes to tell him what just happened.

You see, despite him being quite experienced on Don't Starve single player (he played ~100 hours, me ~300), he had never before encountered a tallbird.

And a short walk over to his mangled corpse was enough for me to know that he just had his first encounter with one.

Maybe I should give a few tips for you fellow DS players from time to time. I have survived over 140 days after today!

I have a question though: What is, in your opinion the most pesky mob/monster in the game? RoG and SW?

Spider Queen and Prime Ape.

Prime apes in shipwrecked, mostly. The Swordfish and sharks are rather annoying as well -_-

Normal RoG however... Deerclops, espesially in DST. And don't even get me started on hounds and tentacles.

Basegame: Treeguard. Nothing brings my chopping operations this much to a halt because i have to deal with him if i want to continue to chop Wood in that specific area.

RoG: Vargs. Nothing is more annoying then going after the Dirttracks on to see this douchebag in the distance denying me my bag of meat and my Koalafant Trunk

SW: Sea Hounds. Nothing annoys me more then a Monster that isn't worth to fight and is otherwise just a hassle do deal with. That's Sea Hounds in a nutshell annoying to kill and the drops are attroicious mostly the Hounds Tooth chances.

On an unrelated sidenote but TIL that turning into the Werebeaver actually cures poison. Got poisoned yesterday cause i got to confident in fighting snakes and got hit decided to say f**k it and went madman on a bunch of trees to transform. When i woke up again i had about 3 stacks of wood all over my island and the poison was gone.

Broken clockwork Bishops In the ruins.

Those guys will just shoot you out of nowhere and are practical silent.

Pengulls. Not kitable, spawn everywhere and litter everything with Rotten Eggs. They also act like Jerks and destroy walls even if they could have gone around it. Killing them is not even that interesting since their drops are easily found on Crow/Buzzard. Oh and they are Birds, Birds are evil everyone know that.

Well they have at least 1 good use and that's a buttload of Rotten Eggs for more Gunpowder. Otherwise i just usem them as Houndbait if i can't deal with a Wave (what happens rarely) but fighting them for any type of drops is just futile.

I find shadow creatures to the most annoying, not because they're hard but because they only appear when i don't want them to.

I go insane to farm nightmare fuel and stand still for 5 minutes. Nothing appears.

I look at the fridge for half a second and suddendly there is 2 terrorbeaks biting me.

The only thing I don't like about them is they scare me. Like all the time. And every time I attack them, they kill me so I just leave them alone 0_0

What?

A lot of Wickers in DST dig every sap/tuft/bush around early as possible so they can abuse the Horticulture book. This usually leads in a wicker spawning, making a backpack/shovel and cleaning the entire area around the spawn, so the players who join later days can't acess anything.
