This seems to be part of the same series as the rest of the head skins, doesn't it? I am guessing any new skins for the head slot are going to be called something other than "Guest of Honor". I confused it with the firegirl skin. Thought there is already a firegirl skin and now this... But to be honest, the formal ones don't seem to be much different with the default or regular ones.
