If they added an exception for webber it means intentional. isnt it? Also do they serve any purpose other than providing bottles and being all cute and cuddly? So it's unclear if it's intentional to me or not. Seeing as Webber gains no additional allies in Shipwrecked and is also hurt by warrior spiders now being poisonous, it seems a bit strange that they would do that. joulesFect Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 I don't know if it's intentional but these guys are damn broken. Lost a perfectly fine 52 day run with webber because of them. I had a great base and was full health, sanity and hunger. Travelling around in an armored boat. Saw dolphins for the first time and I was like : "Hey you cutie pies". The second I realized they were hostile I tried to bail away, but they ganked me, stunlocked me. I coudn't move. I just watched them destroy my boat to pieces and drowned to death. I don't see how I could have fought them. They seem pretty broken to me. Their attacks are really fast and they just surrounded me really quickly. Gotheran Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 Ocean combat is a hassle, even the Armoured boat is useless when you get stunlocked, which is easier to become at sea because you have to accelerate up to the boats full speed as opposed to walking where you're always full speed unless you hit special turfs. But definitely tweaks need to be added to certain characters so they are playable - like this thing with webber or WX not getting the speed bonus, etc... You could use a seatrap I guess, but the stick is cheaper.
