The current character rigs for DS and DST don't have any pieces which sit in FRONT of the head/face, so it wouldn't be possible to whip up this character concept without some fancy Spriter work. Of course, I would love it if Klei DID find the time to update the rigs as part of the skins project! As a modder I would really enjoy being able to easily hang some bouncy hair over faces, rather than just behind them (á la Wilson's hair).
