I may have found something on 00:04 on the right of the cave wall, it kind of looks out of place, and Wilson covers it up with the torch the frame after it first appears. (It's pretty much impossible to see without pausing or slowing down the video.)

It's kinda hard to see, though. It may just be nothing, and part of the wall design (Although no other place looks like it). It does look similar to that link that led to the hidden page from last puzzle. If someone can get a better shot of it, that would be great.

I downloaded it in 720p (the best quality the video is available in) and looked through that part frame by frame. I found those scribbles, but if it is something, the compression is too high to see what it is.

I tried zooming in photoshop and got nothing, its too blurry and probably nothing. Or... it may hint at an ancient civilization's writing.I remember [MENTION=8]Kevin[/MENTION] mentioning he wanted to add layers to the caves, one of which having ancient ruins and the other containing magma. Perhaps this trailer is for the anticipated 2nd layer for now while they work on the 3rd containing magma and whatnot.Or it could just be nothing and Klei added a smudge there in the trailer to drive us insane as previously stated.That's just my analysis/opinion

Translated the ticks to tall and short, looks like this to me:|,,, |, || , |,,|,,| ,,The problem is the third word, which is obviously a ||, is not English. The only letters that are a long tick mark without a short tick mark are f, k, l, and t. i and j almost always shows up as a short tick mark.If you DID allow i as a long tick mark, you could have something like:"hes is it e lated ex"I struggled hard to come up with something that makes even that much sense.Here try for yourself if you like. There really aren't many options when you look for places to put vowels. e is the only vowel with a single short tick mark.Neway, the conclusion is, that pattern is NOT text.
