Found the full image.  It appears they just went on pre-order (starting June 2025) and won't release/ship until December 2025.   According to the image, they're being sold for 95 CNY each and 570 CNY as a full set.

I'm surprised there hasn't been any official announcement from Klei if these are, in fact, upcoming Klei merch.  If they're not, then Klei should definitely look into these as knockoffs.

I Hope the skins aren't exclusive with the figures, it'll suck for people trying to get a specific skin since they're mystery boxes

I almost hate how this has the /POTENTIAL/! to draw me into buying randomized items to get /all/ of those (It would only get worse if ALL characters got added)

I really LOVE how the toys LOOK like though so much that it causes this "grabby shadow hands" reaction inside my brain.

I hope they are OFFICIAL and I HOPE I will change my mind about spending money on them ^^' for the sake of my finances and for the sake of ending up with an army of Wilsons for example (though that would be funny in a different way)

I don't remember this animation being in the game. Was it there before or is it new?

Judging by the fact that the official name of the company is repeatedly used on the page and that the company that creates these figures is subscribed to on Twitter Klei, they are indeed official. Perhaps there was no announcement because they are exclusive to China, but at the same time there is no announcement of the figures on bilibili. 
Perhaps there was no announcement because this is only a pre-order, and the figures will only be released in December.

They are both new and from the latest update, I only included one of the anims as they take forever to upload, but yeah, the revive and twitching are the ones for the Buzzard.

Mutated buzzards anims were updated, still no art but they have spit/fire anims now, the old ones were split and cleaned up. Anims take forever to upload but they're basically just the melee with their beaks open.

Proof that Klei knows how to make the dopest of skins when they want. These are all excellent. That chest and tam are gonna get me to buy crap I don't need.

I’m still confused, is that flower crown a skin for battle helm or garland? What does it look like as commander’s helm if it’s a skin for the battle helm?

the "hand_inv" attribute indicates that it will be used for an item that can be equipped in the equipment bar, possibly Alarming Clock.
