More Vignettes!
dodvintrio.png

3 new vignettes have been added to the game. You all can't seem to get enough of them, and we love it. Keep those suggestions coming!

Hey guys, thank you for the game update!
About the bignettes, I really miss one involving the Wickerbottom library building so much. Everything is so beautiful in that scene!

I'm glad to see the equipment update about beefalo, but we need a way to prevent being repelled while riding a beefalo, In short, being repelled when you are riding a beefalo greatly increases the risk that the beefalo will die, and the saddles used for fighting do not prevent repelling are irrational and foolish

The use and cost of the Gloombell is also unbalanced, its cost is high, and the main function is only to revive the dead beefalo, why because a cow died we have to bother to get a new bell? which is very boring.

We need more beef tech, especially for early game to ride longer (with some magic carrot on a stick) and tame faster (with some shadow or thulecite juice), and also the ability to maybe tame or ride other animals, like goats and koalefant.

And definitely new biomes, creatures and plants post rifts.

This trailer is incredible and shows really well how all the new content ends up working together in-game even if it appears disconnected on paper. Very nice!!

I especially loved the rabbit king bits

Man the skins alone are amazing. I was just going through them when I saw Willow had a TON of Lighter skins; I think there is roughly a thematic lighter for most of her skins now. The green one to match her dragonfly skin, various red ones for shadow/darker themed skins and brighter and whiter ones for more lunar/thulecite themed skins. The Dreadstone armor skin is just beautiful, the new Bernie skin is amazing. Just wow. And just look at those walls and furniture skins!

People would probably consider this OP but I think the icker preserve station should be a refuelable station that slowly restores a foods freshness inside of it; the icker-goo would slowly dissipate until consumed but could be refueled with more icker goo. Perhaps have it regenerate itself over a long period of time. This would prevent players from having to toss-out their stack of 40 yellow-freshness dragonpies that have been sitting in their bearger bin so they don't have to farm another 40 by spamming crockpot-cooking for like 5-6 ingame days.

I have just seen the trailer one or two hours ago and I currently don't feel like reading any of the forum's posts today but I still can't help like having the expression to have heard Wes making a vocal sound twice in this trailer even after rewatching it. (and I do not mean the breathing-air-into-baloon sound).

But then I kind of believe it was just caused by my ears being saturated with noise and too stressed so probably that was what made them sense a noise where there either wasn't one OR missheard another characters noise as "unfamiliar" voice.

Hooray new webber skin!!
Also there is a mistake in the forsaken lighter skin description. I believe it is supposed to say "some things deserve to be forgotten" but it says "some things deserve to forgotten" one of the devs got sleepy writing that lol

The icker preserve kit is a really cool concept but sadly, in their current state, arent that useful considering that people usually keeps several stacks of the same ingredient so just for 1 single ingredient the player would need to fill a large area and waste a lot of dreadstone.

Meanwhile a single chest and 9 bundle wraps/gift wraps can hold 9×4 stacks in a tiny area

In perspective, if the player kills 3 herds of goats 2 preserves are needed; 30 BS fills 3 kits; 1 bugged frog rain can fill, in my experience, up to 4 kits; rwys farms goes off the chart...

Im not suggesting to make the totally best way to preserve food but i think they should be better like, as other users suggested, make it hold 1 infinity stack of an item so in that way they will be useful for stuff we farm in huge quantities like large meat or veggies. They can be cool since we dont need wood for chests or minisings (really need art and animation) since they show what is inside (really neat)

Right now the only use i find is to decorate or to preserve single stack of the dishes i use the most

hey yall, does the giant depths worm spawn with normal depths worm waves or only after the rifts are opened?

if the answer is that it does spawn normally, is there a way to turn it off?

im looking forward to playing the game again once i get my new laptop, but not to facing a boss when im minding my business in the caves

spawns WITH the normal worms and doe so BEFORE rifts. you can turn it off in your world settings
