I only had the DST alone mod, but it was on the beta.

Hello everyone! I want to share some of my screenshots)

This is my friends and I celebrating that we crossed the 1000 day threshold (this is the server where I survived solo most of the time)

 

This is the moment when I tried to swim away from Malbatross to the shore so as not to leave all my things in the ocean. During the fight, lightning hit the ship and lit it up like a firework. The holes on the board appeared after I knocked down a dozen boulders in the ocean))

 

We did a sunken treasure raid and got 14+ chests

Pulled the Boat Knight Strat tm on 200 shadow knights for some materials today. The Lamb didn’t seem too invested in it, though.

so i ran out of time to put down the carpet, fill out all of the potted palms and lay the rest of the glommer flowers down(this was taken near the end of the last day of summer) BUT it is share it now or share it in a month when summer rolls back around for me so here is a 90ish percent finished oasis;

I killed Nightmare Werepig for the first time, ever!

A little story:

So the new update dropped and I decided to play some more DST after waking up every day and looking through beta branch forum for potential hotfixes for three weeks, the usual stuff. Maul got my attention, for obvious resons, so I wanted to get around it level it up and so on. I killed most availabe bosses, a boss rush of sorts (Maul edition), on my current Wurt world from June. After postponing dragonfly for two seasons I finally decided "eh might as well" so I grabbed Magi and went to the desert. On the way I noticed that I didn't grab nightmarefuel for refuel but didn't want to go back because it would be to much to ask for and I could do it with 70% of magi. Sooo I started a fight, fought through 1st lavae wave and dragonfly enraged aaaand I realised that pan flute was still at base... After finally almost getting through that fight (without panflute with limited mag and the sneezing) my maul had like 5% so I repaired it and smacked DF with a cane twice to get into the ryth but it died.... From a cane hit, and not a maul hit.

Also during the fight I had like 3 sneezing fits because obviously.

So after contemplating about that situation I took this screenshot and decided to share this wonderful story here. Maybe it will give someone a good laugh.

Ouch my head still hurts from all of that sneezing and my maul is the same as it was...

i was tidying base up and was gonna make an area for shrines when i realized i didn't have any thul walls so i popped down to caves only as soon as i got down there was a worm attack with two great worms. when i came back up(killed half, the rest were abandoned) i headed to base where there was a walrus going straight for chester so i murdered that guy but got a deer warning WHILE FIGHTING so as soon as i killed walrus i grabbed the meat so it wouldn't get eaten and ran for dfly since i had no prefabbed fires(my world is 1/4th the size of a regular world so everything is pretty close together). deer was kicking my butt so i decided to use my life amulet and ran right into dfly so deer would laser her while they were in each others range, when she was under 1k health i resurrected and interrupted the fight then ran out of dfly's range and took out the last of deer's health with my cane while i had no armour, no thermal, no healing food and right before night fell. i 100% should have died more than once doing this x'''D i don't think i will ever have this hairy a story to share again, hahaha

Does it still work if you build knights on boats? Or do they have to be on land?

they didn't, most likely played in that world during beta

For once I regret not opening my longest world in beta. I'm always afraid that a new mechanic will mess it up with unpolished changes. Although I don't even remember if my Atrium is close enough to be connected to the main land.

no, I didn't play during the beta. I decided to try the new update today and for some reason this corner was the only place where the bridge was able to connect.

most likely world gen got messed up and didn't count that tile as a part of atrium node or it got overriden because of ruins being near, you can try making a reanimated skeleton there, it won't get reanimated if the tile has atrium tag but'll if it doesn't

I just tested this and you're right. I removed the column using the console and it wouldn't let me reanimate him.

nah, that means that i'm wrong, it should've got turned into normal caves skeleton if the tile would not have had atrium tag, then either the void tile near the atrium tile needs to have atrium tag for bridge to not be possible to place or no idea
