I think that a system of organization would be established after you've defeated every single boss. We really need better storage solutions and there is nothing wrong with what @chirsg suggested. Because sitting destroy everything stored in back pocket, dev decide to just make it inaccessible so players wont accidentally put pearl's pearl there.
