It's like an integrated global positions. RIP compass. (I still think compass should show your position if you hold it in inventory only, but meh) My suggestion: We should get an option to hide location like global positions, if we want to play longer grief free pubs. Not sure why this is in when there's already the compass, flares, speed balloons, the celestial orb, the various colors of moonlens, and the purple area revealer I forgot the name of. People already have a ton of ways to reveal themselves if they want to. sudoku Posted April 18, 2022 Share Posted April 18, 2022 I wonder if maybe this was implemented due to the switch port which only allows 4 players meaning youd be running into people a lot less often. Plus theres no chat so you cant even coordinate to group up. The increased range kind of alleviates some of these issues.
