I love the new quick-crafting menu, it lets me craft things considerably quicker than before. I would like a preset option though, buttons you can press to swap to another set of quick-crafts in case you wanted to make one specialized (for fighting, building, fishing, etc).

I switch it around a lot, and I think they picked a great set of default to start with.  I swap them around to include anything I will need to craft repetitively or in a hurry.  This means I almost always have crafting for weapons and armor on there, a tool like axe if I'm chopping, pick if I'm mining.  They made it really easy to update which are available - its only 2 clicks more than crafting 1 so if I'm going to craft something a few times I definitely save time using it.  This update is doing a LOT of good things, its hard to say what is the "best" b/c so much is amazing, but this vies for top of the list.

I really like the quick access menu, I just think it could use something like presets to switch between, that's about the only gripe I really have with it.
Well that and the fact you can't really determine a standard set of recipes to always be pinned whenever you enter a new world.

The quick access menu is great, if anything, even for just ropes and wraps. I havent looked around that much, but i hope there is a preset you can load every new game.

It would be annoying to have to set it up every time

I use it to craft Dark Swords, Rope, Bundling Wraps, and Formula Growth Starters. I don't feel the need to add Armour and Tools into it because I don't craft them as much as the 4 items that I pinned.

My only gripe with it is that I have to redo the pins every time I join a forest only world or a new world.

I reached the "late game" in two servers and the amount of slots was more than enough. I don't think there are enough items that need to be fixed there.

Presets would be perfect. I often use: campfire, axe, pickaxe, weapon, armor, rope and bundle wrap. :wilson_nerdy:

Torch, campfire, gold pickaxe, hammer, dark sword, rope, bundling wrap. The last two the most useful ones.

these are mines too, very useful plus having the fav tab for the other commonly used items makes playing way more confortable
