What have you tried so far?
If it's in orbit, you can select the landing pad and order it to LAND HERE. That might help you get out of whatever stuck state you're in.

I also once ran into weird behavior that turned out to be caused by my having the Round-Trip toggle selected in the control station, so make sure that's turned off.

Do you have enough fuel to land? Or something blocks the landing pad. I found that we need 9 tiles width for rocket launch/land.

Here's a sample of my rocket platform. I use doors to block radiations so sometimes I would forget opening those doors.1798470878_landing.png.39d2f2fc0b311c3d2cc7a9864c390dfc.png

Here's my landing pad, nothing out of the ordinary, just basic for my first one.

Ive tried debuilding and rebuilding landing pad, Ive tried sending the ship to the next tile and returning, Ive tried rebooting, Ive tried toggling setting in command console to ground and back again, Ive tried telling to land in landing platform and also manually in starmap. Nothing works.

Remove the ladder and rebuild it one tile to the left. It blocks even it should not. Had the problem myself. Rocket would start, but cant land again because the ladder, which was no problem at launch, was in the way.

Nope didnt work, have debuilt the ladder completely along with the ladder and block right next to the landing pad and still wont land.

Ok Ive even built a second landing pad away from the first and it still wont land.

I saw you file a bug report and attached the save file. It looks like your rocket stuck in a strange place. Possible a bug.

I tried your save in debug mode.(Although I missed a tons of mods you have.) If you want to continue the save, you can try to fly to adjacent hex and it should be able to land. Hope this can help you.

It is on a CO2 rocket that has only gone into orbit with a full load of CO2 so has loads of fuel left.

I have tried this, it has the same issue.

In such case, maybe it is related to the mods you have.

I hope not, lol. The mods I use are for QOL purposes, it would be a pain to try and find out which is causing the issue. Although that being said I have tried it without any mods on and it makes no difference.

Dupe will crash land on the closest planet in an escape pod along with some of the materials from the rocket iirc. That is, if the game doesn't crash on you (pun intended).

Ok so your not going to believe it but I abandoned ship and my dupe and the debris went to my 2nd asteroid not the one it was in orbit of so the issue is obviously with the home asteroid.

Ok finally some progress, Ive managed to get the rocket to land by doing the following..... panicking and trying to build a new landing pad on my 2nd asteroid (not built yet so affected nothing), I then set destination to the 2nd asteroid (while still making data banks). The dupe then continued to make data banks as it was on priority 7. I then told the rocket to land via the existing landing pad and it LANDED!!!!!!!

Its just ironic that the one part of the game I seem unable to use/play is the biggest part of the DLC lol, Rocketry.....

It is difficult to say what is wrong in your case and if it is caused by mods or not since you are using a lot of mods. I have been relying on rockets very heavily in all my playthroughs during EA (not using teleporters or even the interplanetary launcher) and I have never encountered the issue. I haven't been using mods, but it could also be completely unrelated to mods:wilson_confused:
