i checked mods on that server but there is not any active mods. also i tried find a mod like this but not exist

Then they were probably using console commands to change their voices and the tags that allow them to use other characters items and abilities.

It’s not a mod, it’s a console command.
You are still using just one character, but you confuse the skin system so it displays a different head skin. It’s mostly funny and it doesn’t really break anything.

EG: pick Wendy then change her head for a Webber skin. You still use Wendy, sound like Wendy, and have Wendy skills, but visually you look like Webber. It’s just a visual glitch. It’s not even permanent it goes away when you switch shards or leave the server.

I love this oversight because of how many different ways you can do it. I saw someone doing it so I figured out I can edit the game files to do it, then when my friend saw me do it he made a mod to do it (which is a lot easier than re-editing the game files every update), and apparently there's also a console command you can use to do it. This oversight really lets people think creatively about how to exploit it.

Edit: Oh wait no nevermind, apparently ShadowDuelist is talking about something else. What I'm thinking of persists after reconnecting and shard changing.
