Bought deluxe didnt got some item

Hey! i just bought the new wigfrid deluxe and its says the winged helm and stuff is in the chest.. but after buying the deluxe set the games says i still dont own it.

check steam inventory too, I thought there was some issue sometimes if you have too many items, though i think they made the limit higher recently

I just checked description of deluxe chest. its only contain Wigfrid skins. Skins for helmet and other stuff its another chest.

good idea but im afraid its not there, i dont even know how but i tried to make the chest from spools and its worked but i lost spools while making the item

well, it says 11 total skin items, which makes me jump to the conclusion that the two pieces you're missing just aren't a part of the bundle.

What's shown in the picture is merely the portrait of that skin, which is a bit misleading ngl

I don't think you can make bundles with spools. And as for the helmet and spear, as I said, it appears they are just not a part of the bundle.

not the bundles but u can make the bundle items with spoons, and it says right there! its should be inside, i dont get why it says winged victory skins but not giving the bundle skins or im missing something

it gives you the character skin (Winged victory) and its skin set, which is a body and leg piece. It does not give the spear or helmet skin, thats in a seperate bundle

I think it must be a steam or update error that was overlooked, as klei never put images of things that do not contain in a pack. I refund it until this is fixed, I hope someone from the staff can answer this to know if it was fixed and buy it again.

Creo que debe ser un error de steam o de actualizacion que se paso por alto, ya que klei jamas en un pack pone imagenenes de cosas que no contiene. Hice devolucion hasta que esto se arregle, espero esto lo pueda contestar alguien del staff para saber si fue arreglado y volver a comprarlo.

yea, we pretty much established that the spear, helm and armor are just not a part of the bundle, if ya count the 11 total skin items, it confirms. It is a bit misleading though

I am having the same issue and was under the false impression it included the winged victory skins for helm, spear, and marble suit.  To me, this seems like an error because as previously pointed out, 1) klei has historically not included images in the picture unless they were included and 2) there has always been a deluxe chest that included every new skin such that there was no need to buy more than 1 chest if you wanted them all.

Ah so it's not just me then? I also thought you get the Winged Victory skin items set, but apparently that's false advertising?

The mistake was the artist who drew the portrait for the new Winged Victory skin included her spear and helmet in the drawing so it looks misleading. Compare this to the Ultimate Performer skin where her spear and helmet are not included in the portrait artwork. The wording is correct though as it only mentions Wardrobe items and not Belongings, which is what the spear, helmet and armor are classified as.

If the intention was not to have the belongings in the chest, then there is an error not only in the picture, but in the way it's set up to purchase. I bought the Deluxe chest, and now when I try to buy the Winged Victory Chest, I get the message below (which was already brought up in the original post)

 

When I go to my inventory, none of those winged belongings show as being owned.

The title of the bundle is called " Wigfrid Deluxe Wardrobe" Wardrobe items are only clothing and face items and are categorized as such within the game itself. Belongings are item skins. The bundle would be called "Deluxe Wardrobe and Belongings" if it intended for the new item skins to be included.

Furthermore, Woodie, Wendy, and Willow's Deluxe Wardrobe Bundle also does not include their belongings skin items (Wendy's flowers, Willows lighter and Ashley) so it would seem it is not intended for Wigfrids items to be included here. 

The only precedent of belonging skins being included in Wardrobe bundles is Walter, who funny enough also has portraits that display his hats, so Klei really did make a mistake including Wigfrids armor in her portrait drawing.

I bought the Deluxe set as well and got everything listed but the 'Winged' set, I've never not gotten the complete set of anything when buying the Deluxe sets and had to buy her 'Winged' set..separately. Now I find out we'll get them.. for free? Does this mean I'll be credited back?

Also buying the Winged set alone gave the same skins as the Deluxe chest- only thing new was the spear, helm and marble armor. So yes something was either not worded correctly, or the Deluxe bundle with 'Wined items' was a mislead.

I had no stake in this. I'm glad people got skins they thought they paid for due to Kleis mistake. I only was pointing out that they made a mistake and it was not intended.
