I can't give you details just yet, but our next new DLC character "Walter" will be coming to DST in the middle of June. In just a bit over 2 weeks! I will have more details as we get closer to release. But for now, here is an image from the next short!

"Middle of June" probably is June 18 (a Thursday). Meaning some preview info perhaps will come next week (June 10 or 11). This if further delays won't pop up (hopefully that's not the case).

That's a fair guess. Honestly the "just over two weeks" throws me off a bit.

Exactly two weeks would be next Thursday, and we know Thursdays are patch days... If he is released on the 18th, that's exactly three weeks. Why not just say three weeks??

Maybe we should expect a non-Thursday release?

Regardless of when Walter is coming out, two things have remained constants since Winona's rework last year kicked off this whole RoT + DLC + Refresh thing:

1. Previews of new and refreshed characters are released on the Friday before the update proper. (So, no we won't get a preview today, cause it's Thursday.)
2. Animated shorts always come out at the same time as the update, so we're not getting it with the preview.

I do believe that info comes on tuesdays while updates come on thursdays. so it may be on the 9th or 16th when we get details. probably the 16th
