Wes Rework Idea

What if Wes was reworked to be a harder character, while giving others an easier time? 

How would this work? Wes would have a slightly larger dmg nerf, instead he would a larger befriend timer on friend-able creatures and give players around him a sanity buff.

Wes would be able to craft "mime/ balloon" objects that would temporarily remove a chunk of health/ or sanity while players besides wes could use them.

Have mobs target balloon creatures first when agroed onto wes

Increase wes's speed but make him more susceptible to damage.(while light on his feet, he'll take damage like his balloons)

Please give my boy more animations/ more idle reactions!

How'd I Do? Recommendations/ changes?

What if every time a Wes player use chat in game, he will suffer 5-10 sanity penalty , for going against the way of a mime. 

This will undoubtedly make him a more challenging character, while a veteran player can use this to go insane and get nightmare fuel early on for the team.

with his thin body and hungy it fits, less hp with more speed in the way of wheeler (but without the dodge)

the whole idea of this is to make Wes more challenging, while at the same time making him useful to a group of players, ie: giving a unique team role that not the must supportive, a wes that is lying around at the base and eating up food is still boosting the other team mates morals.

Also, maybe give more of a use to balloons? maybe add more mime-y characteristics?
