Tobruk
I remember being told wild voles eat more regolith, because they're not held back by their calorie count. That true still? Grimgaw
Wild, happy vole eats 600kg/c. Tame, glum vole eats 480kg/c. Tame, happy (all you need for that is to groom them) eats 2.4t/c Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/111824-is-it-still-more-benefitial-to-keep-voles-wild/#findComment-1261251 Share on other sites
WanderingKid
I find a starving ranch of them is usually more than enough. Get 2 eggs back before they die. 0xFADE
I keep pretty much everything wild. If I ranch something I will take 1 egg and breed from that. nakomaru
It looks like wild voles were silently patched, probably at the same time as the critter pass that fixed pips. They can no longer eat 25t of regolith in one bite, which they were able to do not months ago. Argelle
Do you have the consomption rate of regolith then? The ONI database gave me these numbers: kg per cycle (wild / tame) glum 240 / 480 happy 600 / 2400 The last number is wrong or still hold on average for a cycle?
