AENT not in every world now?

Quite easy deal without the water and the coldness of ice biome, but forgetting about sleet wheat is bad, about AETN & WW is very bad, nevertheless still doable, but forgetting about Wolfra is horrible... its highest heat resistance, tungsten, and thermium, all relies on Wolfra... printer will not help, space neither (except if they changed ressource list).

I don't think it's 'forgotten', in fact I think that's the entire point.

Except if it cans be found into space (further experience will confirm, at this point I still have no idea), without wolfra could be the hardest biome. Or at least the most frustating for me. Forget about oil to nat gas with thermium AT. Forget about space machinery in thermium. Forget about this medic which needs tungsten (they've made sickness tougher, so maybe this one should be used now).

I agree on that. Basically, for an experience somewhat close to the old one, chose the easy asteroid (first one). All others come with more or less serious restrictions. Although I just re-rolled Oceanic after the last patch, and it still seems pretty easy. Unless there are some killers mid-game, I do not see why this is labelled as very difficult.

Exactly. They decided to eliminate entire biomes from the new maps for ganeplay and difficulty's sake. But don't worry, they'll balance stuff as we play it. We've already seen them modify exosuit recipes to use 2 more metal types since at least half the new maps do not have copper on them outside of ruins and random geodes.

I'm sure they'll add/modify stuff/recipes as we find issues. The lack of an intermediate overheat protection metal (gold) on Arboria and the lack of a material to make thermium on Verdante are things that will probably be looked at sooner than later.
