Wortox is insane in The Forge

So Wortox is a good character, see limit OP I would say, being able to teleport is powerful against a boss for example, it allows to dodge a fatal blow, it also allows not to detour to reach a biome, which makes save a lot of time. His care allows not to make poultice or care with the spider gland. But where he will be even better: The Forge. It will be able to calmly collect the souls, to heal itself and to dodge the enemies' blows with the teleportation, in short it is insane

I'm pretty sure he has no forge/gorge stats yet. He certainly isn't going to function the same.

Maybe he'll be a secondary healer but won't be able to use staves?

Character perks get completely reworked in the Forge. You're comparing apples to oranges here. He could be good in the forge, he could be bad. We won't know until the next time the forge rolls around.

Just like Hell-met and Sinister_Fang said, the Forge (and Gorge) stats and perks are quite different from the base game. Just imagine 6 regular Wigfrids in the Forge... infinite armor, they could just tank through the whole game without needing any healer  So most likely Wortox's abilities will be different as well.

He actually has data for the Forge and his perk is fully funtional but I am sure he is unfinished since- ahem I don't want to spoil you. You can actually try him in the Forged Forge mod.

Basically he gains souls from bosses and dead people, more from bosses which there is no inventory in Forge so he just heals automatically.
