N00bieMeap Posted December 12, 2018 Share Posted December 12, 2018 My potato just can't handle the super duper lag of lategame even I didn't go there yet Some suggests: -supe simple air and liquid animation: no light effects line or something like that,no waves, just pure color, -no air-effect-like-they-just-farted(s) when dupe do something (breath, run, etc.) -less critters' animations/effects -no more some building sound (pump, oil refinery, etc.) -less plants' animations, no plants' effects -gases/liquids spheres when moving in pipes, instead make it some simple motionless arrows -no melting effect -less dupe animations -etc. please, make it come true, even a mod! But they did have to find what ever path they used, therefore there was some form of pathfinding. Leon Loi Posted December 18, 2018 Share Posted December 18, 2018 Maybe it's off topic. Am I the only one who found the performance gotten worse after this QoL upgrade? I actually upgraded my computer to i5 9600k before this upgrade, and it ran very smooth(cycle 1200).
