Add a Water Faucet...

I think it would make as much sense to add that functionality to the Sink, too.

Would also be nice to have a manual-input where Dupes go and drop an exact amount of stuff into a pipe or so, so if you want exactly 50kg of Liquid delivered to one spot you can tell it to only move so much there.

Was a bad idea then, and still a bad idea. It is so easy to build “a faucet” with existing buildings, there is no reason to add another.

I disagree, I think a faucet that doesn't allow liquid or objects to fall into the water below, would be very uesful, plus being sourced from pipes would be much more useful.

+1 for "add a faucet".  Being able to pipe water for dupes to obtain water from would make a lot more sense than "having to pipe water to a small reservoir which dupes can use a 'ye olde fashioned pump' to obtain water from."

It cant be suggestes often enough. We really need this. Its ridiculous for a society, able to make space worthy materials,  but has to pump water like in the stone ages.
