Naptha randomly appearing in space?

I'm seeing naptha randomly appear in space.  I haven't queued any construction of anything that should use plastic up there, so where the heck is this coming from?

There are several POI's that have plastic structures in them, including one POI that has some automation and a plastic comfy bed, and the Gravitas Facility has some plastic structures.

I had some as well.  Don't remember any points of interest where the naptha ended up but very likely.

I think that the comfy bed is made with raw mineral (obsidian IIRC) not plastic

This POI didn't have a comfy bed, and there's no naptha in the gravitas facility even though it is now full of hot regolith ( why the hell do the meteors pass right through the obsidian walls? ).

I remember the "plants" next to the elevator were made out of plastic. This might explain the naphta.

As for the tiles it`s pretty weird. Since they are destructible meteors destroy them over time but they persist visually and on reloading the game they are normal again (and get destroyed again). Definetly a bug. Happening since they changed them from neutronium and made them deconstructible.

Btw. I wish solar panels would work that way getting partially destroyed and letting meteors through, minus the auto repair on game load part of course.
