There is no need for cooling the water.

 

<Additional Description>

Unlike 'Hydroponic Farm', the heat of the water coming into the 'Planter Box' is transferred only to the surrounding gas, so if you can control the heat of the gas, you can bloom.

Even with 90 degree water, you can cultivate bristle bloom by designing as follows

I aint gonna lie, I dont understand that XD He is using cold hydrogen from the looks of it to cool down the air to counteract the near boiling temperature of the water.
