A while back I was messing around in debug and sandbox mode to get all of the lore entries unlocked since the wiki doesnt have them all, and one of my favorite logs was a log called smth like "a seed is planted" as it implies a lot of rly fun stuff, but after that day it has completely disappeared from the lore entries list and I haven't been able to find it again, and Im starting to wonder if it was smth to do with me being in debug mode or smth, or if I somehow just completely made that entry up and forgot. could anyone check if its actually in the game's files and if so how its unlocked and such?
