Would be nice if the percent chance of getting a certain character's skin from drops/trader recycling would depend on play time. Personally, the only head skin I've ever gotten was for a character I never use. Ended up selling it to buy some other stuff I wanted. The only head drop I ever got was for the character I main. Now I feel freakishly lucky!
