If you die early on, you're probably not good enough at the game to be useful later on. If you're a beginner you should be playing alone, or with friends, until you're good enough to contribute to the team. If you're that bothered by it, you can always contact a few known good hosts and ask them for their ban list, they have names with proof usually. I don't think public shaming is necessary.
