MajorToni Posted January 27, 2017 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Whenever I craft the monster suit items, it always takes the Lucky Gold as payment but never gives me the items IDK whats going on, please help, I've spent the best part of 4 days trying to get them and I don't want to miss out on the event! You have to use the Lucky Gold on one server. Lucky Gold does not accumulate between servers. Once you obtain enough Lucky Gold, you have to build a Gobbler Shrine, which is in the Structures tab. The clothing items are not items from your Steam inventory, so you can make them without having to worry whether or not you have them. Bring your gold near the Gobbler Shrine after putting in a Berry Bush to the shrine and you should be able to turn in your gold to get the items you want. Did I clear things up for you? MajorToni Posted January 27, 2017 Author Share Posted January 27, 2017 not really, let me explain; each item cost 8 Lucky Gold, on 1 server I got 8 LG and traded for monster feet - I did not get the item on another server I got 16 LG and traded for the monster body & head - I did not get the items Why am I not getting the items? & once purchased aren't they usable/craftable on any server? or are they like the "puffy winter vest, top hat" etc..? You gotta craft it at the shrine every time, it's not prototyped like normal items. Think of it like the ancient/cartographer/etc. tabs. You gotta get another 8 lucky gold nuggets to craft another hat at the shrine, it doesn't let you craft infinite items after buying them once. It's not like Terraria where you have a character saved on your computer connecting to a server. Can you craft the other three gobbler-items (the lantern, firecracks and the fan)? Or they also disappear? I wish you good luck with it! If these also don't help, than best to report it as a bug.
