I thought i may suggest perhaps making lanterns glow aura changeable with spores, so if they act like Glowcaps, four spores at the most would create the strongest and of course coolest looking glow aura ( Red FTW ), or infact a whole new craft able Lantern requiring a certain amount of a coloured spores to craft which can only be fuelled with spores ?
