Seems to be happening to a bunch of people, some that I know are from Europe but Asparagus who isn't also mentioned it in a status update

not exclusively... some people in latinamerica too..

...and in Eastern Canada.

Now that I think about it, I wonder if this is related to that cyber attack that shut down several other sites on the East Coast?  There's a handful of other sites I can't connect to today, and Steam trades aren't going through.  Maybe our connection to Klei depended on some of the affected infrastructure?  A DNS server, maybe?

I'll take your word for it.  Clicking that link gets a server error.

The issue is related to the widespread DDOS: http://arstechnica.com/security/2016/10/dos-attack-on-major-dns-provider-brings-internet-to-morning-crawl/

We have a fix incoming.

First paste says you can't resolve login.kleientertainment.com - so there's your problem. Second one says you also can't resolve s3.amazonaws.com, which means the problem doesn't have anything to do with Klei's servers.

Let me know if you find anything that needs our attention.
