HoveringOnions Posted September 24, 2016 Share Posted September 24, 2016 Because I brought DST, I got a spare copy, and had to change my password and because of the whole tradeback 30 day thing I'm trade banned until the 11th. Bummer. Regardless, since I had a spare copy, I had no idea what to do with it. My brother got a copy for free, so I can't give it to him. What did you guys do with your DST copys? (I'd presume most answers would be traded them for other games or gave to a friend), but the only friends I have play DST and I don't want to trade it for other games, so my end up option would probably be raffling it off or something. Arlesienne Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 I'd advise either giving it to another potential player (for example I got mine as this extra gift from my friend, then bought my own for another friend and asked him to give his extra code to the third friend, so now we can play together) or trading for it. We enjoyed it until we didn't, I learned the game and became pretty good at it, he didn't. We've been trying to play again, but sadly nowdays he's busier. I stopped playing DST as well, until recently the New Reign content brought me back to exprience it. In your case, I agree with Chaotica. I'll do that on the 11th since thats when my trade ban is gone, I guess I can throw all their names in one of those random name chooser things and give it to the winner. I don't want items for it to seem greedy, but at the same time someone posted that there is people who want it in which it is very expensive in their country. You may have to discuss with FreyaMaluk because I don't want to make one person happy but 10 others sad. If I can buy more copies of DST without having a 30 day tradeban, I'll buy a few more to give off when I get a job again. Also, I hid the thread where I was incredibly controversial in one post since many people were thinking that was my opinion, but it was a disgusting example of how some people act, *cough* person who pm'ed me about being entitled because I like to play with other people and live on my own sometimes *cough* edit: I just read this again, ha, that was exactly how I was. I watched "how to survive the seasons" videos and basebuilding before I ever had the game, I didn't want to die on day 1. Bummer. If i would have a free copy to give away would guve it to someone who can't afford to get it.
