Just all of a sudden, I died instantly without any sign of being killed and then got banned. What is this kind of death caused by? Auth Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 I think it means it was player-induced, but I don't know for sure. It could also be something they didn't write the name for, I think I got killed by a crawling terror (the one that doesn't despawn and is found in the ruins) and i think that's when "Shenanigans" popped up. Johnny5isAlive Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 @XirmiX, If an Admin kills you via console it counts as Shenanigans, also in rare cases if people try to cheat death by logging out when they come back they are instantly killed by Shenanigans. I'm not entirely sure what exactly triggers the "Natural" shenanigans deaths from occurring. EDIT: Pretty much an Admin killed you and then banned you, presumably to force you to drop your loot first.
