"Well... I though if these animals are unique I should use the blank pages in my book to document them." Cypress moved over the the front of the tent, leaving the rest of her stuff where she was sitting. She peeked out the front and looked for a lone frog, hopefully the rest wouldn't notice if she quickly grabbed one. Waiting for her chance she quickly snatched up one of the frogs, it was a bit heavier then expected. The frog squirmed as Cypress quickly brought it into the tent, it's tongue trying to hit her.

She sat back down with the flailing frog and tried holding it down. "Little help holding this sucker down Wy?"

Cypress picks up her quill and ink and starts drawing symbols on the frog. After she's done she puts the ink and quill down.

"Malhelaj ombroj Mi ordonos al vi por venigi tiun beston strukturo en mia. Ni spiri, manĝi kaj paroli la saman. Mi venigos la du speciojn en unu."

She takes the frog and puts it outside. "Shoo and don't bring your friends..." Sits back down. "There done, weird angry frog collected."

Was the tree still trying to communicate after she had told it that this was her turf? With an annoyed huff she up-rooted and looked at Newleaf. "Yes I am Wekesa..."

(I didn't even make five posts and five pages are made.)

Meredith ran into the forest, her foot dragging across the floor as she half-waddled, half-ran her way along the base. Before long, she could see the light of the clearing, and she ran into the light, her base a few paces ahead of her. She was now in the sanction her traps were set, so she began slowing her steps, feeling around for the few strings of coiled piano wire she has strung up around, moving slowly so as not to cut herself on the nearly invisible threads of sharpened metal.

(Yes, this is getting out of hand. Let's try to avoid any posts without a roleplay action in them as much as possible from now on.

We should also try to meet up soon so the real plot can get started.)

The scientist could see the automaton was following him along the tree line, but right now he was more concerned with the immediate threat. Frog rain usually didn't last this long. He wondered if it would stop anytime soon. (*cough cough*)

The girl started to stir a little, but still remained unconscious.

Newleaf watched Wekesa uproot, a look of superiority spread across his tree-face. "I'll have you know that I am responsible for the safety of this forest. If you harm it, you will pay." He hesitated, wondering if he should include the Lureplant as part of his dominion.

"Uhhhh... Well... Back home, probably about a year ago now just before I left, my friend's parents worked at the zoo... I got a few birds and reptiles because I wasn't allowed to see the big animals... Cat, dog and a few other small mammals. I can't tell you the exact number, I can try and figure it out if you wanted."

*looks down at people*

Look at how cute the frogs are!

But I'm starting to think that maybe, just maybe having all these frogs is not a good thing.

*The clouds part, revealing the moon, and because nobody is in a light radius everyone dies instantly the long forgotten sun. The frogs hop into nearby ponds, except for the one cute one, still cutely resting while cutely snoring with it's cute eyes cutely closed on top of Athena's not-as-cute-but-still-kinda-cute stomach area*
