ChoppedLivvy Posted July 26, 2014 Share Posted July 26, 2014 Hi, I'm Livvy! I'm 16 and new on this site. I've been drawing stuff from Don't Starve for a few months now and I love this game to pieces. It's like Tim Burton made a survival horror game and I'm realizing more and more how much I dig that kind of thing. Anyway, I thought I'd post some of my art that I'm more proud of on here, but I really want to draw more. I can feel myself getting better right now, if that makes any sense. My brain feels power-y. I have no idea if I'm doing this right. Wilson's my favorite because he's a weird dork with a stupid sense of humor. In other words, I am very fond of him. Some of these were heavily inspired by the amazing ZombiDJ's artwork, which I adore. Her art is so..flow-y. And I drew myself if I were in this game, but my name or my nickname don't start with "W" so I will burn in hell forever. "Livvy" sounded more Don't Starve-y than "Olivia" though. Yeah...here's some more. I like drawing Wilson and Wendy interacting with each other because they're so freaking different. That's it! Hope I did this right. If not, oh well. It's a process. They make a good duo, putting me in the mind of Garry and Ib haha~ My beloved and I will be using them prominently when we play Don't Starve Together! So you know I'm loving this art! I had a fun time trying to analyze her and see what stage of grieve she was in. (Wow, that sounded morbid.) I was honestly kind of mad at Maxwell for not letting her grieve properly. I think she's a little kid, so she must be really confused inside after having a blood thirsty flower freak replace her sister. I like to imagine Wilson saving the day and being like "yo ghosts aren't even real" and Wendy's like "i knew it".
