I don't see any reason why there should be a new item for Webber (or any other character) to control pigs (there is always the one man band as was pointed out by @toasterman3000 ). Being a monster is a downside of playing Webber and I don't think there should be an item to cancel this downside specifically, or any other downside, otherwise it would not be much of a downside at all! A ton of pigs automatically spawn when you attack him so its pretty hard though.
