Need help! All pig turned into wherepigs

Exactaly what the title says.

 

All pigs are wherepigs and attacked me!

 

Has anybody else had this problem.

Its not a problem, its a mechanic, there are two ways pigs turn into werepigs

 

1. You feed them monster meat, or they eat it on their own ( i think its 3 before transformation)

2. On a full moon, ALL pigs turn into werepigs.

Actually, he's referring to when the next DAY continues, all the pigs in the area are STILL Werepigs and have NOT reverted, am I correct?

I have this problem sometimes too,but only when i sleep in a full moon.

If you happen to go into the caves during daytime, and a full moon passes while you're inside the caves, all pigs will be werepigs because:

They weren't in their house, which means they are susceptible to the effects of the full moon, and since you were in the caves, everything...

Froze in place. Nothing was moving, spoiling, and since this happened, your pigs transformed.

Well, that's how it usually happens to me. I don't have any proof, but that's my most logical inferring. I go spelunking and find Bob smashing my walls.

This happened to me except some of them started reverting when I got close, but only about half of them, and they started attacking each other.

Yes, the "clock starts" like you fed them monster meat, but that doesn't help you wait if you run into a village and found them all "chrono frozen" until you do in Werepig form.

 

A lot of running is mandatory if this happens of course. Don't stop for anything until they revert again!

On the bright side We unlocked all of the characters similytaneously

My sincerest condolences. I can accept dying from something stupid, but not from a game glitch/technicality.

if you find pigs transforming into werepigs, it was a full moon. This happens a lot for me (i mad a huge pig camp which i also live in, with spider nests in the center) It usually happens when its a full moon and i come to my base at night with a torch. The pigs didnt get in the house so they transformed. Its no big deal they almost instantly revert to pigs come morning time.

 

I guess you could say its a glitch but NOTHING happens in the world unless you are near it. Because you werent near the pigs at dawn, they didnt go in the house.

 

All scripts freeze unless you are close enough for the object/entity to act upon its script. Its a Lua. engine. Give it some space.
