I wish Klei took more time to finish things before they release them, this ARG could be really fun but the super late updates killed the hype This has been a problem with DST updates as well, unfortunately

Sorry for the delay, once people recovered from the bug that was going around we wanted to catch up on some tech debt and provide a new way to handle wait stages and rewards. We're just in the middle of a QA pass on the latest update and once that's done (today/tomorrow is my guess?) we'll put it up with a 4 day countdown so that people don't miss it.

In response to earlier feedback we've adjusted things a bit. The key changes are:

• When you finish this round of content you will find a single place you can always check to find your current status (making a new wait stage per page per update seemed like a fun idea but was too much overhead taking time away from new content!).
• The new way to track status now has three states: Klei is working on the new update; a new update is coming in N days; and "you've still got more to find!"
• Points rewards are now based on the how many days you had to wait for the update you finish, rather than how many days you WILL have to wait for the next update. This means we don't have to guess how many days each update needs ahead of time (which is a problem when people get sick). It also means if you catch up on this update in particular there's a pretty substantial number of points on offer since we made you wait so long!

The Interactive Lore team genuinely appreciates all the enthusiasm and excitement for this new project. We're sorry for the delay and look forward to getting things back up and running very soon! Those of you who were around for the earlier puzzles will remember that those were much shorter affairs - adapting to something we intend to keep going long term is an ongoing process that we look forward to exploring with the community this project is attracting!

A reminder that there will always be delays between each episode of the Interactive Lore project and each episode will contain a different mix of puzzles, comics or whatever other activities we have cooking, but we'll try to keep those wait periods as brief as possible while still delivering something worth coming back for.

thankyou for the clarity! i must confess i have not been so excited for an arg since welcome home and that arg has not had an update since april and is currently down
