I don't think Maxwell ever wanted anyone to reach him. First off, he actively tries to obstacle Wilson with 5 difficult worlds, then his description in DST says "He is still baffled by the thought that someone he tricked into the Constant could find it in their heart to set him free... well, baffled and annoyed really. He never liked owing a favor."
Lastly, his examination for Maxwell's Door is "So that's where I left that thing!", implying it ended up in Wilson's reach by mistake. 

Also, an old theory suggests that all the characters sat on the throne at some point, but now we know that can't be. Maxwell was the first (and I highly doubt he would come back to the throne a second time), Wilson was after him (as shown in Cyclum) and the current one is Charlie (as shown in A New Reign).
I know Maxwell's Door can be accessed by anyone in the game, but canonically it doesn't make sense for it to be multiplied into everyone's worlds, so Wilson must've been the only one to ever use it.

I don't think that's right. He appears less hologram-like when the connection gets better and the connection was generally better in Hamlet times, as shown by him being perfectly normal at full health, but flickering at lower health. That day was probably just a decent day for connection.

And the ones that don't: HPQRTUVYZ

 

Rearranged segment: NOWX borders the end gap of what remains. "No WX"
Could this relate to WX78? Who might be shown in blueprints on the first page

At the moment I am at the sap bucket waiting stage i think is there anything else i need to do other than just wait? I did the whole letter thing to spell WAGSTAFF and MANIFESTUM but i dont no what to do next. Do I just wait for the new hourglass now?

Those points rewards are already available. The only way to see them (that I know of) is to go to your Klei account and click on the Transactions tab
We don't know what kind of rewards we will get in the future. Its probably going to be an item skin with Wagstaff/Scrappy aesthetics

I just put in BBDE, I the day comic as that was what it looked like to me in the spectrogram and now it doesn't play the sound anymore, though no actual new pannels 

 

It does play it again after I reaload the pageand stop after putting the code in again

Something that strikes me as odd is Winona's conspiracy board. She suspected government hid secrets, sudden disappearances, and patterns of fires to be in some way linked to the Voxola. A note saying, "Gain Access to Voxola" makes me wonder if this is a reminder to herself or a message from someone else. Either way, her employment at Voxola was to gather information, not to support the beloved bossman. I wonder how much of the Winona we know is genuine.

We are familiar with the little squiggles on the Voxola radio and the Voxola factory that resembles the radios, but why does Wagstaff use them as a sign to his office?

This sign doesn't seem to signify anything, yet Wagstaff took the time scribble it and hang it up. How would someone know if this is an office, a lab, or any particular room? I bet this symbol holds a meaning only a few characters are privy to.

Maybe Wickerbottom would recognize it?

I believe we're now at the "Cyclum phase" of the ARG where we complete a hidden puzzle, get some new panels, and wait a day for everyone else to catch up. Since the console is returning null, I don't think there's anything left to do for today other than wait for everyone else, but I could be wrong.
