has been fixed in this update.

same for Wortox I guess...

I know exactly what I'm posting—I’m just reserving a spot in advance because I need to use machine translation before copying and pasting. What I really want to express is my frustration.

As someone who has been playing a single save for a long time and enjoys building factories using various game mechanics, I feel that most of the recent updates have been mainly about balancing numbers and adding strange new content. However, there have been almost no new, exciting mechanics that can be utilized creatively.

For me, this bug had the potential to be modified into a proper mechanic rather than being outright removed. My suggestion to the developers is that they could consider turning some of these unintended mechanics into fixed features that don’t disrupt normal gameplay. This way, the game could become much more engaging and fun.

Looked at some of the other skills under scouting. Really impressed with the Woby here, Woby there skill; Once they finish it, it says it will be able to send Woby to another player or designated location. I always felt like Walter should have this "can forage and camp far away from base" playstyle, just like a scout should. This portable campfire skill is going to help with that, and that Woby Here Woby There skill will help Tremendously with that too. I'm very excited with this. They cooked really good on Walter; very happy

That said, I'm rather salty on this one. You mean a 12-year old kid is better at healing than a man who made those healing crafts (Wilson) in the first place.

sir this is the walter tree, your boyfriend is not relevant here

Thoughts: Tree rework looks amazing but I fear this is going to poison Wendy discourse even further.

No, dude, this isn't an update about Wendy, let her be, I'm tired. I want to enjoy the updates for Walter and Wortox, I don't want to keep waiting and arguing anymore.

Yippe! :DDD

Love it, especially the Woby hunger bar(Hehe, I know it's a silly thing to focus on probably, but I love having information)

Love the Ammo Smith/Hoarder stuff too!

And Woby skills!!! Are great!!! Scouting seems pretty fun too. Looks like I can really focus into non slingshots skills, it's real nice all around.

YEAH. After two months of torment, there is finally a real nice skilltree update, thank you V2C, thank you JBK

I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the two developers over the past two months! Finally, there's been an excellent skill tree update!

the problem is caused by delayed fixing I guess. They should fix the bug very earlier but not after half year pasted.

Actually, that’s not the case. I mentioned in other posts that they had already attempted a fix, and I even tested it myself. Some of the developers—at least one or a few of them—clearly saw my report and made corresponding adjustments.

However, I think there was a lack of communication between these developers. Then, another developer, who wasn’t aware of the previous fixes, saw the post and decided to "fix" it in an extremely simple and disappointing way. That’s the real reason behind this, and it’s why I feel so disappointed.

tbh I don't think the bug fixing is a problem, same for voidwalking.

the delaying of bug fixing is a problem since a long period existence of a bug would caused misunderstanding of it. some players would prefer to think "it should be a feature" if a bug exist for long period. and I believe that's the reason why it's so frustrating.

I personally hate the bug since it could easily caused unfixable problem to a long period world.

and yes the failing of bug fixing would cause misunderstand to the bug as well.

I'll say it again: they had already fixed it before, but not completely. The bug no longer produced chests everywhere. I’ve mentioned this in other posts, but you didn’t test it yourself. When I submitted my second report, I hadn’t tested it either—I assumed they had already resolved the issue.

Another problem is that they only applied the fix on the test server. At the time, the Wendy issue was a big deal, and according to what JoeW said, if they pushed partial updates—bringing test server fixes to the live version—it would increase their workload. That’s why many things, like RockRock Lobster duplication and Icker duplication crashes, had actually been fixed long ago.
