I mean sure, we waited for gamma circuits for awhile, and we thought they were going to be more impactful/playstyle-defining than what they turned out to be, but that doesn't really prove anything. My guess for the affinity skills is that they are their own separate abilities. If they do have any circuit-related impacts, they'd affect all of them, not just gamma ones. Then again, one of the chassis skills is related to beta circuits specifically, so I guess really anything is possible.
